We have many years of professional experience in plastic injection
and our customer which are small, medium and large business including
global
giants ranked by Forbes as the top 500 richest companies in the
world.
Environmental friendly production: IIn the Injection Plastic Molding
process, hot molten plastic is forced under pressure by a hydraulic
ram
into
a closed
mold.
The
mold is cooled to freeze the plastic in the desired shape, and
no chemical reaction takes place.
Blow molding - Blow molding is a process in which a molten tube
of thermoplastic material is formed. This method is used to make
plastic bottles such as water bottles.
Rotational Molding - Plastic granules are placed in the mold,
which is then heated in an oven to melt the plastic Rotation around
both axes distributes
the molten plastic into a uniform coating on the inside of the
mold until the part is set by freezing. This process is used to
make products with hollow space, for example small boats.
Injection Moulding - Engineering Plastics We have capabilities
to do single shot injection mouldings of ABS, PC, POM, Nylon, etc.
with or without fillers to produce functional or aesthetic parts.
Secondary operations such as silk screening or pad printing can
be used to add graphics to these parts.
Products with a useful life of less than three years are generally
referred to as non-durables. Common applications include bags,
coffe cups, sporting and medical devices.
Classifications: Durables
and Non-durables plastics products
All types of plastic products are classified within the plastic
industry as being either a durable or non-durable plastic good.
These classifications are used to refer to a product's expected
life.
Products with a useful life of three years or more are referred
to as durables for example computers.
Insert Moulding Engineering plastic or TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber)
inserted moulding with metal frame die casting, plating copper
pin & wire frame etc.,
